The description
The system SEO BeamControl is intended for automatic control of electron beam welding complex or of its separate elements (vacuum system, positioning system and etc).
The automatic control system:
 Does easy, convenient and flexible programming of welding process and creation of the welding technological program;
 Provides the maximal repeatability of welding process;
 Provides high efficiency of welding process;
 Does not require high qualification of the operator;
 Prevents programming the parameters capable to cause emergency at welding.
The system SEO BeamControl is executed on two computers. One computer provides the control of power parameters of an electron beam and positioning system. Other computer provides the control of vacuum system and system of exacts prompting of an electron beam on a seam of a workpiece.
The automatic control system contains the following elements:
 Industrial computer (ADVANTECH, CONTEC or similar) - for the control of power parameters of an electron beam and positioning system and display of these process, storage of the suitable modes of welding of various workpieces;
 Modules of the coordination with object of management (DAC, ADC, digital input-output) - for control of the different equipment channels;
 Modules of positioning and counters of a rule(situation) – for control of positioning and moving of a workpiece and (or) of electron beam gun on 3 coordinates simultaneously;
 Controller SIMATIC S7-200 (SIEMENS) or similar with a set of modules - for control of vacuum system.
* The choice of all components (types of computers and controller, quantity of channels of control and feedback etc.) is carried out depending on a configuration of a complex, complexity of welded workpieces, productivity of process.
The automated control mode by welding process is carried out in the following modes:
 PROGRAMMING;
 WELDING;
In the PROGRAMMING mode is carried out installation of necessary parameters of an electron beam (welding current, focus current, size of scan width etc.), and also speed of moving depending on a workpiece. The programming of moving (workpiece and/or gun) can be made is independent on 3 coordinates (rotation, X, Y). The name is given to each program, and these programs are used in a WELDING mode. The unlimited length of the program allows making welding on a difficult trajectory.
In the WELDING mode is carried out a choice of the necessary program of welding process and its start is made. In the given mode the choice of parameters of welding process is carried out automatically depending on current coordinates.
The automated control of vacuum system has the following modes:
 SPINUP - is carried out heating of diffusion pump;
 EVACUATION - is carried out reception of working vacuum in the welding chamber and in area cathode unit of the gun;
 AIR FILLING - is carried out filling of the welding chamber by air;
 AIR TO GUN - is carried out filling of the gun by air;
 FINISH - provides cooling diffusion pump.
The computer video control device provides the conclusion the image of the workpiece surface on the monitor of the computer and provides positioning of the electron beam with high accuracy into the necessary point of the workpiece.

Transceiver P-123M
Dear Sirs,
We are producer of military radiocommunication equipment. Please, find below some information about one of our products:
Transceiver P-123M
This VHF FM transceiver provides 24 hours bilateral radio communication between mobile objectives and the same type radio sets as well as other type radio sets compatible with range and frequency modulation when trafficking or parking.
The tuning of four preset frequencies is to be carried out by an operator preliminary. The tuning is automatic on each of all preset frequencies.
Transceiver provides the following operation modes:
- stand by reception;
- simplex radio telephone communication.
Transceiver operates with rod aerial 4m length. Communication can be carried out using a shorter antenna as well as an emergency antenna (3m length insulated wire with a section not less than 0,5mm2) which will shorten the distance range. Two transceivers P-123M can operate with the same antenna using an additional filter unit. Transceiver can operate with magnet throat microphone ЛЭМ-3 and low resistance telephone TA-56M.
Transceiver can operate through telephone R-124 as well as without it.
Specification
Frequency range is divided into two subranges:
- 20 - 35,75 MHz ;
- 35.75 - 51.5 MHz.
Frequencies number - 1261.
Frequency spacing - 25 kHz.
Gradual tuning is being carried out under the visual control.
Transmitter power is 20 W in any frequency range, which corresponds to voltage 39V on the dummy antenna resistance 75 Ohm.
Transmitter frequency deviation is 4.5-7 kHz.
Transmitter sensibility is not less than 2.5 mV under the correlation signal/noise 10:1 when switching off the noise suppressor and that is not less than 4 mV when switching on the noise suppressor.
Error of frequency calibration is not more than +/- 4 kHz.
Distance range is not less than 20 km under the operation with 4m length antenna on broken ground with track speed up to 40 km/h and wheel vehicle speed up to 100 km/h when switching off the noise suppressor;
Distance range is not less than 13 km under the same conditions when switching on the noise suppressor.
Distance range of less powerful transceiver determines the distance range of transceiver P-123 when operating with the transceiver of other type.
The batteries of 26+/-4V or 13+/-2V provide power supply.

Transceiver P-130M
Transceiver P-130M is HF simplex telephone-telegraph radio set with single-sideband modulation and quartz frequency stabilizer. Transceiver provides short wave radio communication on fixed frequencies in range 1500-10999 kHz. There are 950 fixed frequencies with frequency spacing 10 kHz.
Transceiver provides the following functions:
- telephone transmission and reception under single-sideband modulation;
- transmission and reception under amplitude modulation;
- transmission and reception of telegraph signals under amplitude modulation;

Transceiver P-173
Transceiver P-173 is VHF simplex radio with automatic tuning on each of 10 preset frequencies. Transceiver provides bilateral telephone radio communication between mobile objectives when trafficking and parking.
Transceiver can operate with rod aerial 3m length as well as 1m and 2m length and with emergency antenna at a shorter distance. Broadband VHF antenna can be erected on the antenna-mast device for the extension of the distance range.
When using antennas of the following equipment the joint independent operation with common rod aerial is being provided:

ПУ mode - operation with ABCK of transceiver P-174, with talking device P-124 or throat microphone instead of it. Operation with talking device is carried out by means throat microphone amplifier (unit P-173-16).
